Kuros Biosciences is a pioneer in the development of synthetic bone grafts for controlled and targeted bone repair. MagnetOs, Kuros's alternative to bone grafts, is available for purchase in the US and the UK for use in posterolateral spinal fusions. Fibrin PTH, a drug-biologic combination for spinal interbody fusion that is Kuros' lead product under development, has started a phase 2 clinical trial in the United States.
